Scientific Name: Mangifera indica

When/ How to Eat: The ripeness of a Mango can be determined by pressing on its skin. If the mango feels slightly soft upon applying pressure on the skin, it is ripe. A yellowish/ red color can be a good indicator as to whether it is ripe as well. A ripe mango will have a soft creamy flesh.
